Make JCPenney Credit Card Payment Online

I think the online method is the best way to pay off your JCPenney credit card bill because of its convenience. Also, it is ideal for those whose payment deadline is very close.

To make a payment online, you’ll need your: Checking account number, bank name, and bank routing number.

In case you don’t know where to locate your checking account number, you can do so by viewing the bottom of your check. Once you’re all set, follow the steps below to make your payment online:

  1. Go to the JCPenney Online Credit Center and log in to your account using your Username and Password.
  2. Next, navigate to the bar menu and select the “pay your bill online” option to proceed.
  3. Finally, enter your checking account number and the amount you wish to pay in the fields provided to make your payment online.

From your account dashboard online, you can choose to pay the total minimum payment due, last statement balance or any amount up to your current balance.

Also, while logged in to your account, you can check your JCPenney card balance, view account history, set up alerts, and update your personal information.

Occasionally, payments may take up to 3 days to reflect in your account.

Pay In-store

Are you aware that you can also make your credit card payment at any JCPenney department store? Yes, you can make your credit card bill pay at any JCPenney department store close to you. Simply use the store locator tool to find stores closest to your location.

Next, walk into any JCPenney store and present your cheque, cash or money order to the cashier; asking that you wish to pay your credit card bill.
