This is a review article concerning the LensCrafters credit card where you’re going to learn about all that the card entails; its benefits, fees & rates, pros & cons, and how to manage your credit card account online when you eventually own one. So sit back, grab a coffee and let’s dive right into it.
Like you must’ve known by now, the LensCrafters credit card is being issued by Synchrony bank on behalf of LensCrafters which is a chain of prescription eyewear retail stores, having more than 1,158 stores across the United States. The store was founded in 1983 by E. Dean Butler who was once a manager for the popular brand Procter & Gamble.
Now coming back to the card, I must say that the benefits offered by the LensCrafters credit card aren’t much. The only reason why you should get it is if you’re looking to finance your eyewear purchase. Any other than that is a no-no for me. Coming down to maintaining the card, I must say it is pretty cheap maintaining the card as it does not come with an annual fee, but where the issue lies is in the APR which is set at 29.99%. Coupled with that, cardholders are liable to pay a minimum interest charge of $2. Although you’ll not pay any interest if you complete payment within your financing duration which could be six or twelve months.
